Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs for resolution.
Ownership & Risk
Ownership of the products and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
Products purchased through the Besure Sainik Canteen Platform may be eligible for return only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, or

The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Perishable goods, consumables, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet, as communicated.
Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
If an order is cancelled successfully:

The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
